1. Can you accept small orders?
Yes, we accept both small and large orders. We provide excellent service to all customers. If you have a container or warehouse in China, quantities as low as 10 or 20 pieces can also be accepted.
2. How many colors can be mixed in one container?
For standard colors (red, green, blue, white, black, yellow, brown, grey), one container can mix up to 10 colors. For special custom colors, the MOQ is 200pcs per color, and one container should not exceed 5 colors.
3. What are your deposit requirements?
For new customers, the standard deposit is 30%. After one year of cooperation, we can accept a reduced deposit of 15%.
4. Are you a direct factory?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturing facility located in China. We welcome you to visit our factory for inspection.
5. What is the typical delivery time?
Generally speaking, a delivery timeframe of 10-20 days is sufficient for production and preparation.
6. Is there a fee for samples?
For standard chairs, we provide free samples. For luxury models, a sample fee is charged but is fully refundable upon placing a bulk order.
