Yes, samples can be provided for a charge. The sample fee is typically returned once a formal bulk order is placed.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is typically 5 sets. We can arrange mixed container loading for 4-5 different projects to optimize shipping costs.
What are your payment terms and warranty?
We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% before shipment) and Sight LC. Products come with a 3-5 year warranty and lifetime consultation for any issues.
How do you handle international shipping?
