We support OEM, ODM, Distribution, Drop Shipping, and Whole House Customization services. We provide one-stop furniture solutions based on your specific needs.
What is the production and delivery timeline?
From the contract date, our production team follows a strict schedule including material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting, and packing. We provide updated inspection reports, photos, and videos throughout the 2 to 5-week lead time.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and a 50% deposit for custom products. The balance is collected before shipment. We accept TT, L/C, and other major payment methods.
What guarantee do you offer on your furniture?
We provide a 1-year warranty on the product and a 10-year warranty on the wooden frame of the internal furniture structure.
How is the furniture packaged for shipping?
All products are professionally packaged to minimize transit damage. Boxes are clearly labeled with project numbers and codes for easy receiving and inventory management.
Do the prices include shipping costs?
Our standard terms are EXW or FOB. You can choose your own shipping company, or we can assist through our international forwarding partners covering over 200 countries.
