We provide a 3-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any damage caused by manufacturing defects.
Q3: How long is the production lead time?
Typically within 30 days of receiving the deposit during normal seasons, and around 40 days during peak times, depending on the order complexity.
Q4: Do you offer customized designs?
Yes, OEM & ODM services are available. You can provide your design drawings for a custom quote.
Q5: What are the packaging details?
Items are knock-down packed with PE foam and hard corner protection. Fragile parts like glass are reinforced with wooden frames.
Q6: What is your MOQ?
If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets. If we arrange shipping, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
