What is the delivery time?
For less than 300 sets, delivery is about 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming drawings. For more than 300 sets, the delivery time is 45-60 days.
Can you make customized furniture?
Yes, we can customize furniture according to your interior design, drawings, and sizes provided. Materials, fabrics, and colors can be changed as per your requests.
What is your MOQ?
Basically speaking, the MOQ is 20 sets. Higher quantities result in better pricing for customized furniture.
What is the payment term?
We offer two types of payment terms: 1) L/C at sight. 2) T/T 30% deposit, with 70% balance due before shipment.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We have a strict management process: producing a sample before bulk production, QC checks at every production step, and a final 100% inspection before packaging.
What if the furniture arrives damaged?
We use secure packaging for safe shipping. If any damage occurs, provide us with photos and the quantity, and we will reproduce the items for you free of charge.
